Please reach us at admin@foreverstrongphysio.com.au if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Forever Strong Physiotherapy is located within Wonga Health & Fitness Studio on Level 1 of the Wonga Park Shopping Centre.
To access the clinic, enter through the foyer next to Rump Butchers and take either the stairs or lift to Level 1.
When you arrive, please take a seat in the waiting area located inside the entrance of the studio. As there is no concierge or reception service, your physiotherapist will come out to greet you and escort you to your appointment.
If you have any difficulty finding us or have any questions prior to your appointment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
There is plenty of onsite parking available at Wong Park Shopping Centre. There is dedicated accessible parking near the wheelchair-friendly foyer entry.
During busy periods the car park can fill up and there is overflow parking available at the Tennis Club directly across from the Wonga Park Shopping Centre.
We understand life gets busy. A delay of up to 5 minutes is usually manageable — just give us a call or text message to let us know.
If you're running significantly late, we'd recommend contacting the clinic to discuss rescheduling. Arriving late can reduce the time available for your treatment, and may have a flow-on effect for other patients booked after you.
The more information you can provide about your condition, the better. Helpful items may include:
We have direct access to reports from Imaging Associates, iMed, Capital Radiology, Lumus and Eastern Health.
If you would like to send information through before your appointment, please email it to admin@foreverstrongphysio.com.au.
Comfort is the priority. In most cases, your physiotherapist will need to assess and access the area being treated, so it helps to wear clothing that allows for this.
Towels are available to help keep you comfortable and appropriately covered during your assessment and treatment.
The rebate you receive is determined by your individual health fund and level of extras cover. Unfortunately, this is not information we have access to.
For details about your expected rebate, please check your health fund's online portal, mobile app, or contact them directly.
WorkCover and TAC rebates vary depending on your claim and treatment circumstances. Current rebate information can be found on the WorkSafe Victoria and TAC websites or discussed during your appointment.
Rhiannon is registered with WorkSafe Victoria under the Early Intervention Physiotherapy Framework (EIPF). This framework supports early access to physiotherapy following a workplace injury and allows eligible injured workers to access enhanced physiotherapy services and higher WorkSafe-funded rebates for certain consultations.
Manual therapy is a hands-on approach to physiotherapy that involves mobilising and manipulating soft tissues and joints, using massage, mobilisation, stretching and dry needling techniques to reduce pain and increase range of motion.
Clinical Pilates and therapeutic exercise are forms of exercise prescribed by your physiotherapist to help improve strength, flexibility, balance, movement control and function.
Unlike general fitness classes, exercises are individually tailored to your needs, goals, injuries and medical history. Your physiotherapist will assess your movement and develop a program designed to support recovery, manage pain, improve performance and build long-term confidence in movement.
Sessions may incorporate Pilates-based exercises, strength training, balance work, mobility exercises and functional movement retraining, depending on your individual needs.
